Promote Balance was founded by Shailendra Senzere, a seasoned Wellness Specialist, Leadership Consultant, and Organisational Development Practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and teams across South Africa.
Shailendra’s journey began with a passion for people — helping employees navigate stress, trauma, and workplace transitions with empathy and professionalism.
Over time, her work expanded beyond individual support to include leadership development, change management, and culture transformation — bridging the gap between employee wellbeing and organisational performance.
Driven by the belief that people thrive in environments where they feel seen, supported, and empowered, Shailendra founded Promote Balance to help organisations create exactly that.
Her approach blends clinical insight, leadership expertise, and strategic consulting — ensuring every engagement delivers both human impact and measurable business value.
Today, she continues to lead Promote Balance’s multidisciplinary team with the same goal that started it all: to build balanced, resilient, and high-performing workplaces.
