Three simple routes: self-referral (preferred), manager referral with consent, or HR referral where appropriate. Employees can book via email/phone/WhatsApp; urgent cases are triaged immediately.
For urgent/critical cases we aim to triage the same business day and schedule support within 24–48 hours. For routine cases, appointments are typically within 3–5 working days. After-hours crisis support can be added as an optional hotline.
Yes. Sessions are strictly confidential. HR and leaders only receive anonymised utilisation reports (volume, themes, trends) — never personal details or case notes. We comply with POPIA and professional ethical standards.
Yes. We offer trauma debriefing and critical incident response (on-site or virtual), including group debriefs and individual follow-ups. We also help managers with communication, containment, and safe return-to-work planning.
Absolutely. Managers can book consultations on handling sensitive issues (language to use, boundaries, referral steps, document trail), while the employee’s privacy remains protected at all times.
Both. Virtual sessions improve speed and privacy, especially for distributed teams. On-site days are useful for visibility and destigmatising support. Many clients choose a hybrid model.
All employees covered under your agreement. Options can include immediate family/household members (popular add-on) where personal issues affect work functioning.
We agree upfront on 3–5 indicators (utilisation, time-to-support, manager confidence, theme trends, return-to-work stability). Optional pulse checks and post-session feedback provide additional outcomes data.
Yes. We provide micro-learning, manager talking points, and short sessions that make help-seeking normal and easy — boosting appropriate utilisation.
